The Bates Professional 17 program allows you to choose from 8 Input Sources listed below.  Easy to learn and use. All programs run on Windows, 7, 8 & 10 (32 & 64 bit).  Bates Professional 17 has all the features and formats we offer.  We make our other programs by taking away features and formats. Our demo programs are complete, just write demo on the production until purchased.  Click on the Input Sources below for more information.

Labels - Make any number, any size, any paper, for discovery, medical and legal.  Print Shop feature allows you to create, number and print one or two sided Carbon-Less forms, Coupons, Tickets, Folders, Business Forms and Cards. Includes adding Barcodes.

Paper Documents - Put existing paper documents in your printer where the paper goes. Tell the Bates program where and what you want to stamped. We generate a Notepad compatible file which is printed to your documents. Turns your Windows printer into a Bates Stamp Machine.  Includes adding Barcodes.  

Electronic Documents - Print to an existing file on your computer system as if you pasted an electronic label on it. All formats are converted to PDF and stamped.  Select from:  *.PST, *.MSG, *.EML, *.PDF, *.TIF, *.JPG, *.PNG, *.BMP, *.DOC, *.DOCX, *.TXT, *.PPT, *.XLS, *.XLSX (Sheets and WB's in 17 only).   All formats may be processed in the same batch. MS Office required for conversion and stamping MS Office files.  When stamping multiple documents a filelist is created in Excel compatible format.  The Filelist includes Filename, # Pages, Starting, Ending numbers allowing easy creation of a Table of Contents.  Includes adding Barcodes.

Scanned Documents - Scan and stamp documents from most scanners.  If your scanner is compatible the Bates Program Scan Documents will recognize it when this Input Source is selected.  When stamping multiple documents a filelist is created in Excel compatible format.  Includes adding Barcodes.

Create Serialized Document - Create as many copies of a page or a multipage document from PDF, TIF and Graphic Files and stamp them.  When creating multiple documents a filelist is created in Excel compatible format.  The Filelist includes Filename, # Pages, Starting, Ending numbers allowing easy creation of a Table of Contents which can be used to track who received each copy if you are creating Exams or Movie scripts, TV scripts, etc. Includes adding Barcodes.

Create Tickets - This input source allows you to produce one or two sided  tickets, business cards, coupons, carbonless forms, etc. Includes adding Barcodes.

Use Existing Data -  This feature sets our Programs apart from all others.  When you process a job the first time you have the option to save the stamp setup and other information.  The next time you need to add to that job, select "Use Existing Data", highlight the client name, press next, add the new files to process, click through the screens to review the stamp setup, the next number is remembered for you, process these documents. Databases a stored by client name in alphabetical order.  When stamping multiple documents a filelist is created in Excel compatible format. The video below is from an older version. Manual Stamp - Will allow you to go through an existing PDF file, page by page, remove pages, highlight text, redact content, and bates stamp all in one operation.  Includes adding Barcodes.
