Electronic Bates Stamp - Multiple Files
Explained
Common Sense Software uses the following description
to handle multiple electronic files.
You will find the choices below in our Professional
Series of Programs.
-
Same - this means that multiple files will be
stamped all the same. Each file will have the starting number on the
first page of document. (i.e. - document 1- page numbers 1 to 100,
document 2 - page numbers 1 to 100, document 3 - page numbers 1to 100, etc.)
-
Across - this means that multiple files will
be stamped across all the files. Each file will have the next
sequential number from the last number of the previous document. Treat
a group of files as one. (i.e. - document 1 - page numbers 1 to 100,
document 2 - page numbers 101 to 200, document 3 - page numbers 201 to 300,
etc.)
-

number on the first page of document. (i.e. - document 1- page numbers

when the file changes. (i.e. - document 1 - Exhibit A, document 2 -
