Input Source – Batch Job


This process allows you to track multiple formats and jobs done at different times for a client.


Select Batch Job from the first Input Source Screen.  Press next.


At the second Input Source Screen select the Job Type from the box on the lower right.  Press next.

 

Batch Job Information is entered at that screen and saved to the Batch Job screen below:

Fill in the Batch Job Information. This information will be stored with the Label Information for future reference in the Batch Job Database.  You must fill in this screen when using the Batch Job Process.  Batch Job Information is stored in the Batch Job Database by the Client's name.


Keywords Field
– This field is used if you are labeling an electronic file.  If you enter any information in this field, the properties of the electronic file will be rewritten with the information provided in this screen.  If you leave the keywords blank, the information from this page is saved in Bates Program Database but NOT
WRITTEN
to the properties of the electronic file.


After completing the fields, click next to continue. The rest of the job is the same process as a regular project. At the completion of the project you will be asked if you would like to save the job to the Batch Job Database.
